Bubbles Balloon Bliss – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: November 2025

Welcome to Bubbles Balloon Bliss, your go-to decor company for parties and themed gatherings. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms:

  1. Bookings & Payments
    • A 55% deposit is required to confirm all bookings.
    • For clients booking 2 weeks before their event, full payment is required upfront.
    • Our standard booking requirement is 1 month prior to the event.
    • Changes to bookings made 2 weeks before the event are not accepted.
    • For bookings 1 month in advance, changes can be made within 1 week of booking.
    • Delivery and breakdown fees apply where applicable.
  2. Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellations are only allowed within 2 weeks of booking.
    • If cancelled within this period, 50% of the deposit will be returned.
    • Cancellations after 2 weeks from booking are non-refundable.
    • We are open to rescheduling events at our discretion.
  3. Services & Offerings
    • We specialize in fresh and faux floral setups and latex balloon decor. Non-latex options must be communicated in advance.
    • We also offer catering on request for a limited number of guests.
    • Standard packages use standard colours only; custom colours incur an additional R200+ fee.
    • Custom signage incurs additional costs.
    • All arches, cloths, and decorative items are rentals. Balloon setups are for the client to keep. Removal of balloons incurs an additional breakdown fee of R200, and they will be disposed of safely.
    • We are open to creative ideas and enjoy collaborating with clients.
  4. Intellectual Property
    • All design mockups and decor concepts are property of Bubbles Balloon Bliss.
    • Clients are not permitted to share or advertise our designs publicly without permission.
  5. Liability
    • We are not liable for any damage to the setup or client property after delivery.
    • We are not responsible for weather-related damage (e.g., wind or rain).
